BMc Azurri is one of the Barron McCann Group of Companies and specialises solely in the provision of products and services to the UK Charity Retail sector.
Our Gift Aid solution was first launched in 2011 and our unprecedented growth since makes us one of the fastest growing suppliers in the sector. Over 90% of the early adopters of our solution have continued to renew their contacts with us and have upgraded to the latest version of the software.
Our operation and service provision is provided from the parent head office in Derby and the branch office in Bolton. This combined approach ensures that our charity clients benefit not only from a service by our dedicated charity team of 20 people, but one that is backed up by over 200 UK employees via our parent group.
It was our goal when entering this sector to work in partnership with all of our clients to meet their varied IT needs and develop a reputation for high quality support. We adopt a flexible approach and aim to develop long term relationships, helping the charity to achieve its goals in a cost effective manner whilst ensuring jointly agreed quality standards are achieved.
Our customers have been an essential part in the development and enhancement of our products and services and many say that they value our personal and caring approach, which when working with charities, is an important aspect in their buying decisions .
We also have strong, established partnerships with major independent IT organisations who provide key complementary services to our users in the areas of central secure data hosting and integrated card processing facilities.
The quality and consistency of our service is reflected in our portfolio of long standing clients which include both major charity organisation, The Salvation Army, The Samaritans, RSPCA and the British Heart Foundation as well as many smaller charities and hospices.
BMc Azurri won the National IT Award for the fully-managed Gift Aid service and its deployment across the SALVATION ARMY TRADING COMPANY Stores throughout the UK one year after it was launched. We continue to work in partnership with the Salvation Amy to deliver the latest features required by a modern Charity organisation.
